Get Free Ground Shipping (if selected during checkout) on Non-Oversized Packages and U.S. orders (within the contiguous 48 States) placed Over $199 Wheelsets & Oversized Packages or Packages that weigh more than 30 lbs. will incur a $49 Shipping / Handling Fee. Rollers & Trainers will incur a $49 Shipping/Handling Fee. Framesets or Groupsets with Wheelsets will incur a $59 Shipping / Handling Fee. Bicycles will incur a $149 Shipping /Handling Fee. Bike Travel Cases will incur a $109 Shipping / Handling Fee.

Products are shipped to Customers with a U.S. Billing Address or a Listed Business Address (No Alternate Residential Shipping Addresses are allowed) for the Card Holders Protection. No Third Party Names and / or Freight Forward Companies shall be accepted. P.O. Boxes are excluded. Orders placed Online must originate inside the United States. Orders are shipped and delivered via FEDEX, UPS or USPS, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 11am CST are shipped within 5 minutes to 72 hours via Ground carriers. Both FEDEX and UPS maybe used from Multiple Warehouses or USPS, Postal maybe substituted depending upon product selection, the quickest shipping to / from location. Texas Cyclesport does not guarantee any delivery carriers listed time of arrival or date.
In the event a backorder causes an order to be sent without the initial order, Texas Cyclesport will pay postage on all backorders after the first shipment. All backorders will be shipped via ground delivery. Backorders that are longer than 30 days are subject to cancellation. Closeouts and Discontinued Merchandise are not eligible for backorders.
Cancellations and changes to an order placed online are through the Customer Account Sign in Page messages area (Located on the Upper Right-Hand Side of TexasCyclesport.com) within 5 minutes of the order being placed (includes Saturday and Sunday orders). Pre-Orders and Backorders are excluded up until 50% pre-cent of Fulfilment is Completed. An Order Cancellation or Change Confirmation Number will be sent to the Customer's Account. All orders after this 5 minute period are shipped either at the customer's expense or if caught in time before shipping a 4% Credit Card / Pay Pal Processing Fee shall be applied. No after sale price adjustments or additions / subtractions to an order will be allowed beyond this time period. The buyer is responsible for reading, agreeing to, and understanding this Order Cancellation Policy at the Time of Purchase.
Texas Cyclesport is not responsible but is not limited to typos or other errors appearing on this website that includes descriptions of products, inventory counts, pictures or photos of products, price, size, color, length, height and gram weight. Inventory maybe listed as in stock if transit from a supplier(s). In the event of an incorrect listed price, Texas Cyclesport will notify the customer; issue a full credit back to the account or void the transaction from settlement. If an out dated product(s) is out of stock and is listed or pictured, it will be replaced by an updated version of the product(s). Texas Cyclesport reserves the right to upgrade or substitute an order with the most recent or available version of a product(s) with similar item(s), not limited to: size, color and length, without notification. No additional charges shall apply. Texas Cyclesport does not guarantee any package(s) from being lost or delayed by the delivering carrier. In the event a package(s) is either lost or delayed in transit by the delivering carrier a tracer on the package will be implemented after 20 working days from the time of departure by the sender. A claim will then be filed by Texas Cyclesport with the delivering carrier for a credit refund and a new product will be sent with a credit issued for shipping. Additionally, no adjustments will be made for Air or Ground packages that are delayed by weather.

Pricing, Return & Warranty Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice. All promotion codes are subject to acceptance by Texas Cyclesport. We will honor price changes on our website within 10 days of the product purchase date. Promotion codes are excluded.
There is a limit of one Promotion Code per order that can be used. A Valid Promotion Code must be submitted Online at the time of purchase in Promotion Code Area (located in the recalculation area). No after sale price adjustments will be made. Promotion Code(s) must meet all conditions outlined in the original promotion to apply. Promotion codes are not accepted thru phone orders.
We offer a (30) thirty day return guarantee on unopened product boxes. Products must be uninstalled and unused. Product(s) must be received back no later than (30) thirty days from the date of purchase for a credit refund less a 4% Credit Card/Pay Pal Processing Fee. Complete Bikes, Frames, and Closeouts are Excluded & non-returnable. All products returned must be in the original packaging accompanied by the original invoice with the customer's signature. For your protection all returned product(s) should be insured. FEDEX or UPS is recommended for all returns. Save all return tracking numbers, the customer is responsible for any lost return packages. An RA# (Return Authorization number) is required for ALL returns. The RA# is obtained through the Customer Account Sign in Page with a request to return the specific product(s) being returned. Use the Send Message Option. No credit refunds will be issued without an RA#. In no case shall a credit for a refund exceed the original invoice price. Credits and RA#s are issued solely upon the discretion of Texas Cyclesport. Allow 7-10 Days for processing refunds. We cannot refund or accept postage on any product shipped by Texas Cyclesport. Credit is only issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Absolutely no cash refunds given.
Returned used and installed merchandise will not be accepted. Used merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer unless it is a warranty issue. All returned used and installed merchandise to Texas Cyclesport shall be subject to return shipping charges to the customer.
Refused return packages not only shall incur outbound shipping costs but also, shall incur full rate return shipping imposed by the delivery shipping company back to Texas Cyclesport. Texas Cyclesport cannot stop or intercept shipping.
Texas Cyclesport reserves the right to substitute (no charge) items for equal or greater value like items, but not limited to size or color. Free Product(s) cannot be exchanged. Any/all (No Charge and Free Product(s)) items accompanying a product(s) shall be returned. In the event the (no charge) items are not returned, the items then shall be billed at the unit price for each item.
Any/all (Free Shipped Product(s)) if returned, shall be billed for the cost Texas Cyclesport incurs for outbound shipping to the customer. Multiple Free Shipped packages are subject to all Free Shipping Outbound Charges incurred by the shipper in addition to 30 lbs.+ charges (Quote provided a Return Request). The buyer is responsible for reading, agreeing to, and understanding this pricing, return and warranty policy at the Time of Purchase (Located at the bottom of all product pages and in the Cart before Checkout). The buyer is responsible for checking all sizes, colors, and irregularities of all products shipped at the time of receipt and before installation of the product. The buyer is responsible for retaining all invoices, warranty information and receipts after the sale.
Product shipment errors and any manufacturers product defect(s) must be reported to Texas Cyclesport through the Customer Account Sign in Page messages area a within five days of receipt. No adjustments will be allowed beyond this time period. Texas Cyclesport reserves the right to refuse compensation for product shipment errors or any manufacturers product defect(s) after five days of merchandise receipt and delivery.

Texas Cyclesport assumes no liability for damaged goods. If your shipment arrived damaged, please contact your local carrier. Save the shipped carton for inspection. A replacement item will be sent as quickly as possible upon receipt of returned damaged goods. No additional shipping charges will be applied.
