Campy is my go-to brand, Chorus is my go-to groupset. The best quality, shifting and longevity. This is the fifth bike I have built with Chorus and I will use nothing else.

Excellent experience with TCS, everything came together in sealed factory boxes which included all cables & housings. TCS is my go to store from now on!

    Smooth performance and light weight

Posted by Unknown on 26th Dec 2013

I purchased an 11-speed Chorus groupo three years ago for one of my road bikes and decided this year to switch over my other road bike from 10 to as-speed as well. Because I am no longer a weight weenie and have come to realize over 43 years of cycling the advantage of the rider shedding pounds rather than the bike, I was not persuaded that I would ever generate a measurable and appreciable advantage from having the slightly lighter Record group, especially because of the $400 plus premium to acquire the latter. It was the consistent performance and gear advantage of the 11-speed that I was seeking anyway. Plus, the nearby Blue Ridge Mountain foothills require low gears. Whereas a Chorus 12-29 cassette was a mere $20 more with the group, it was almost $50 more with the Record.
