Based upon recommendations from public health professionals as well as local, state and federal officials, we want to do our part in keeping our communities as well as employees safe and healthy.

Our business partners have implemented direct fulfillment so we can continue to serve our customers and being there when you need us.

Delays in Order Processing and Shipping

Due to an unprecedented order volume and our ongoing efforts to re-stock depleted inventory, there is a 10 to 21 business day(s) delay processing Shimano orders. Some products by our vendors that are listed as available maybe out-of-stock due to shipping transfer delays or depleted inventory. Inventory is not listed in real time and updates every 24 to 48 hours. We will notify Customers via phone of Backorders, Substitutions, and Listed Pre-Order Dates before processing transactions. Shipping providers are also experiencing longer shipping times.
