Delays in Shipping & Supply Chain Issues

Due to an unprecedented order volume and our ongoing efforts to re-stock depleted inventory. Some products by our vendors that are listed as available maybe out-of-stock due to shipping transfer delays or depleted inventory. Inventory is not listed in real time and updates every 24 to 48 hours. We will notify Customers via the Customer Account Message System of: Out of Stock Items, Backorders, Substitutions, and Listed Pre-Order Dates before processing transactions. Pre-Orders are Orders placed that are not in-stock. We do not charge for the items until the product is shipped.

Because of worldwide Supply Chain issues, we are experiencing longer Shipping and Receiving times than normal. Our website indicates the most current delivery information we receive from our vendors, and is updated to reflect the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). Times that are listed as TBA (TO BE ANNOUNCED); shipping dates have not been provided by our supplier(s).
