This 700c clincher tire is designed and rides like a tubular tire. It is used in the same manner as a tubular tire but this tire uses a rubber band sidewall that spreads out and embeds the tire to the clincher rim shoulders without using messy glue. Once inflated this tire does not rotate and the possibility of the tire unseating is eliminated. The tread compound uses activated silica that contributes to a minimum rolling resistance.
